Boston, MA - January 8, 2013 - Candescent Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, announced that it has acquired Dermatology Associates of Tyler. Candescent led the transaction with co-investors Eagle Private Capital and Harbert Mezzanine Partners.
Dermatology Associates is a leading provider of medical and cosmetic dermatological services in the Eastern Texas region. The Company was founded by Dr. Lawrence Anderson, M.D. in 1996 and has subsequently grown to a staff of ten M.D.'s and four offices, including a pathology lab and an ASC.
